Engineer Benoit Richard joins the company as a partner to offer engineering services.
Business representation agreement in Quebec with Limpsfield Combustion and Autoflame Engineering Limited
A new head office providing enough space for engineering, research and development, and manufacturing departments.
Acquisition of MATCO Ltd., becoming the exclusive representative for Cleaver-Brooks boilers and PVI water heaters in Quebec, Continental Newfoundland and Labrador.
Thermotech increases its manufacturing area by 40% and launches its boiler rental service.
The company establishes a research and development partnership with various industry players, culminating in developing the pyrolysis process.
Thermotech acquires Prosystèmes Électriques Inc. (founded in 2002), SD Combustion (founded in 1976) and Fabrication Techno Mécanique (founded in 2007).
Thermotech signs a business representation agreement with Maxi-Therm Inc. and begins manufacturing its heat exchanger packages in its own workshop.
