Job Description:

The Experienced Combustion Technician holding a TAG 1 Certificate is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of combustion systems in various industrial settings across Quebec. Key duties include equipment inspection, combustion parameter adjustments, troubleshooting heating system issues, commissioning new equipment, and participating in on-call service rotations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections of combustion systems in compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on combustion equipment.
• Analyze operational data and adjust combustion parameters to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve system failures, performing repairs or replacing faulty components.
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure effective coordination of combustion-related activities.
• Prepare service reports, document maintenance activities, and maintain up-to-date technical records.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid TAG 1 Certificate (Quebec).
• Technical training in industrial mechanics, thermal engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in combustion system maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of current safety standards and regulations.
• Strong skills in diagnosing and solving technical problems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
