Description du poste

Thermotech Combustion est une entreprise œuvrant dans un environnement technique et industriel. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) aux opérations / répartiteur(trice) pour se joindre à notre équipe. Relevant de la directrice des opérations, la personne occupant ce poste joue un rôle central dans la planification, la coordination et le suivi des activités quotidiennes. Elle agira comme personne-clé auprès de la direction, afin d’assurer une communication fluide entre les clients, les techniciens en combustion, les tuyauteurs et les différents départements. Elle sera aussi responsable de l'optimisation de la logistique des appels de service et de la gestion efficace des priorités.

Responsabilités principales

Coordination des opérations

• Coordonner les appels de service entrants et planifier les interventions des techniciens et tuyauteurs en tenant compte des urgences, de la logistique, des disponibilités et des compétences requises.
• Assister la directrice dans la gestion quotidienne et l'optimisation des processus opérationnels.
• Collaborer avec les départements pour la gestion de l'approvisionnement (pièces et matériel).
• Assurer le suivi des demandes de main-d'œuvre interne.
• Contribuer à la planification des ressources.
• Respecter les échéanciers

Service à la clientèle

• Répondre aux demandes par courriel ou par téléphone.
• Maintenir une communication proactive, professionnelle et fluide, afin d’assurer la satisfaction de la clientèle.
• Coordonner la prise en charge des travaux avec les chargés de projets et les fournisseurs.

Suivi administratif

• Assurer le suivi complet des appels de service jusqu'à l'étape de facturation, notamment concernant la validation des heures travaillées, des travaux supplémentaires, des recommandations et des contrats d’entretien.
• Assurer la mise à jour rigoureuse des dossiers clients dans notre système.
• Réviser les feuilles de temps des employés sur le terrain et à la fabrication, afin d’assurer leur concordance avec les heures réellement effectuées pour la paie et la facturation des clients.

Compétences recherchées

• Avoir une excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit.
• Avoir une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais parlé et écrit, afin d’offrir un service à la clientèle bilingue à notre clientèle et à nos partenaires d’affaires situés à l’extérieur du Québec.
• Avoir un excellent sens de l’organisation, de la planification et de la gestion des priorités.
• Avoir un fort esprit d’analyse, afin de résoudre les problèmes de façon autonome et proactive.
• Prendre des initiatives pertinentes.
• Faire preuve de rigueur et de souci du détail.
• Faire preuve de diplomatie.

Expériences et formations

• Avoir de l’expérience pertinente en coordination des opérations, en répartition, en logistique ou en administration. Une expérience dans un environnement technique ou industriel ainsi que dans la préparation de soumissions constitue un atout important.
• Maîtriser la Suite Microsoft Office.

Description du poste

Sous la supervision du surintendant électrique, l’assembleur de panneaux de contrôle est responsable de l’assemblage, de l’installation des composantes et du câblage de panneaux de contrôle électriques ainsi que de différentes pièces préfabriquées. Responsabilités principales

• Lire les plans électriques et les schémas de câblage.
• Préparer les boîtiers et les plaques de montage selon les plans et les spécifications.
• Effectuer le marquage, la mesure et le perçage des boîtiers, des plaques et d’autres composantes.
• Installer, fixer et raccorder différentes composantes électriques (ex. disjoncteurs, relais, transformateurs, interrupteurs).
• Effectuer le câblage des panneaux de contrôle électriques et de différentes pièces préfabriquées conformément aux plans.
• Installation physique des composantes électriques sur différentes équipements produits.
• Identifier les fils et les composantes selon les codes, couleurs, repères et indications prévus aux plans.
• Effectuer l’identification et l’étiquetage des composantes, des fils et du câblage.
• Vérifier la qualité et la conformité des assemblages avant leur mise à l’essai.
• Effectuer les contrôles de qualité et apporter les corrections nécessaires ou signaler toute anomalie au responsable.
• Compléter la documentation requise à chaque étape du processus d’assemblage.
• Maintenir son poste de travail propre, sécuritaire et organisé.
• Respecter les méthodes de travail, les normes de sécurité et les exigences de qualité de l’entreprise.

Expériences et formations

• Détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles ou une attestation d’études collégiales en électromécanique, électricité, automatisation, instrumentation industrielle ou tout autre domaine connexe.
• Avoir de l’expérience en assemblage ou câblage électrique (panneaux, équipements industriels, etc.).
• Posséder 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.

tant qu’électricien compagnon, vous serez responsable de l’installation, de la maintenance et de la réparation des systèmes électriques dans des installations industrielles, commerciales ou Seul ou en collaboration avec le surintendant électrique, vous assurerez la satisfaction de la clientèle et la réalisation efficace des projets, tout en respectant les normes de sécurité et de qualité.Responsabilités principales

• Lire et interpréter des schémas, des plans de circuits et des devis descriptifs.
• Déterminer le tracé du câblage à partir du code de l’électricité.
• Installer du matériel de commande et de distribution électrique (interrupteurs, relais, disjoncteurs, etc.).
• Effectuer des essais de continuité pour s’assurer de la compatibilité et de la sécurité des circuits.
• Joindre et raccorder des câbles aux appareils et composants électriques.
• Participer à l’installation de nouveaux systèmes électriques.
• Raccorder l’alimentation électrique à divers équipements (communication, signalisation, chauffage).
• Diagnostiquer les pannes et proposer des mesures correctives.
• Organiser le plan de travail pour la maintenance préventive selon les échéanciers.
• Encadrer et assister les sous-traitants sur le site.
• Appliquer rigoureusement les pratiques de santé et sécurité.
• Compléter et documenter les bons de travail.
• Participer à l’inspection finale sur le chantier.

• Maîtriser le Code électrique et les exigences de sécurité en construction.
• Connaître ce qui se rapporte à l’électricité de puissance et de contrôle.
• Connaître le SIMDUT 2015 (atout).

Expériences et formations

• Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou professionnelles (DEP).
• Avoir un certificat de compétence CCQ valide.

Vous serez responsable de lire et d’interpréter les plans, de découper, d’assembler et d’installer les tuyaux, ainsi que d’assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de plomberie industrielle. Vous travaillerez également avec d’autres corps de métier afin de garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des installations.Responsabilités principales

• Lire et interpréter les plans techniques pour déterminer l’emplacement et la configuration des tuyaux.
• Préparer les matériaux en coupant, cintrant et assemblant les tuyaux selon les spécifications.
• Installer et raccorder les tuyaux en respectant les normes de sécurité et de qualité.
• Effectuer des tests de pression pour garantir l’étanchéité des installations.
• Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des systèmes de tuyauterie.
• Travailler en collaboration avec d’autres corps de métier sur les chantiers de construction.
• Respecter les normes de sécurité, les codes du bâtiment et les réglementations en vigueur.
