Description du poste

Sous la supervision du surintendant électrique, l’assembleur de panneaux de contrôle est responsable de l’assemblage, de l’installation des composantes et du câblage de panneaux de contrôle électriques ainsi que de différentes pièces préfabriquées. Responsabilités principales

• Lire les plans électriques et les schémas de câblage.
• Préparer les boîtiers et les plaques de montage selon les plans et les spécifications.
• Effectuer le marquage, la mesure et le perçage des boîtiers, des plaques et d’autres composantes.
• Installer, fixer et raccorder différentes composantes électriques (ex. disjoncteurs, relais, transformateurs, interrupteurs).
• Effectuer le câblage des panneaux de contrôle électriques et de différentes pièces préfabriquées conformément aux plans.
• Installation physique des composantes électriques sur différentes équipements produits.
• Identifier les fils et les composantes selon les codes, couleurs, repères et indications prévus aux plans.
• Effectuer l’identification et l’étiquetage des composantes, des fils et du câblage.
• Vérifier la qualité et la conformité des assemblages avant leur mise à l’essai.
• Effectuer les contrôles de qualité et apporter les corrections nécessaires ou signaler toute anomalie au responsable.
• Compléter la documentation requise à chaque étape du processus d’assemblage.
• Maintenir son poste de travail propre, sécuritaire et organisé.
• Respecter les méthodes de travail, les normes de sécurité et les exigences de qualité de l’entreprise.
• Collaborer avec les autres membres de l’équipe.
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe liée à ses fonctions.

Expériences et formations

• Détenir un diplôme d’études professionnelles ou une attestation d’études collégiales en électromécanique, électricité, automatisation, instrumentation industrielle ou tout autre domaine connexe.
• Avoir de l’expérience en assemblage ou câblage électrique (panneaux, équipements industriels, etc.).
• Posséder 1 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
