des projets de fabrication en atelier (skids de pompage, unités modulaires, systèmes de combustion). Le titulaire agit comme le lien central entre le client, le département de conception et l'équipe de production pour garantir que chaque projet est livré selon les spécifications, les délais et les budgets prévus.Responsabilités principalesPlanification et lancement de projets

• Analyser les dossiers de fabrication dès la réception des commandes.
• Établir les calendriers de production et définir les jalons critiques (milestones).
• Coordonner les réunions de lancement avec les équipes de production et les acheteurs pour s'assurer que les matières premières sont disponibles.

Gestion du cycle de vie du projet

• Effectuer le suivi quotidien de l'avancement des travaux en atelier.
• Gérer les priorités et réajuster les échéanciers en fonction des imprévus ou des changements de dernière minute.
• S’assurer que les livrables respectent les exigences contractuelles et les normes de qualité Thermotech.

Gestion financière et administrative

• Assurer le suivi budgétaire de chaque projet (main-d'œuvre et matériaux).
• Approuver les factures fournisseurs liées aux projets sous sa responsabilité.
• Préparer les rapports d'avancement et documenter les changements de portée(change orders).

Communication et coordination

• Agir comme point de contact principal pour les clients et les chargés de projets externes concernant l'état de la fabrication.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les dessinateurs techniques pour valider la fabricabilité des plans.
• Coordonner la logistique finale avec le département des expéditions pour la livraison sur site.

Compétences recherchées

• Gérer des projets : Maîtriser les outils de planification (MS Project, Excel avancé et appliquer les principes de gestion de la production (Lean, Kanban, etc.).
• Lire des plans : Interpréter des plans mécaniques et de tuyauterie.
• Organiser le travail : Gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément avec rigueur et efficacité.
• Diriger des équipes : Communiquer avec des équipes de métier (soudeurs, assembleurs, électriciens), des clients, des professionnels et des fournisseurs.

Expériences et formations

• Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales ou un baccalauréat en génie de la gestion de la production, en mécanique de bâtiment ou toute combinaison d'expériences pertinentes.
• Connaître un logiciel ERP (gestion intégrée des stocks et projets).
• Avoir un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans un milieu manufacturier ou industriel.

• Déterminer le tracé du câblage à partir du code de l’électricité.

• Effectuer des essais de continuité pour s’assurer de la compatibilité et de la sécurité des circuits.
• Joindre et raccorder des câbles aux appareils et composants électriques.
